Since 2008, I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of the populations using multiple platforms of exercise, some including; yoga, interval training, toning, kickboxing, and dance. My personal goal is to help everyone learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while being OK with where they are in the present. I teach health and fitness classes because I once had goals of becoming a healthier me. group fitness, training, and changing my eating habits helped me get there. I want to be that friend, mentor and educator to everyone who walks in and out of my class! This is why I continue to teach and educate in the health and fitness world!
